WiSE Launches Pass the Mic: A New Self Storage Podcast Celebrating Women Across the Industry
Women in Storage Europe (WiSE) is proud to launch Pass the Mic, a brand new self storage podcast created to celebrate the careers, experiences and voices of women working across the European self storage industry.
Designed to inspire, connect and encourage more women to share their stories, Pass the Mic is another step in WiSE's mission to build a more visible and supportive community for women in self storage.
A Podcast Created for the Self Storage Industry
The self storage industry is full of incredible people with fascinating career journeys, yet many of those stories are never told.
Pass the Mic was created to change that.
Each episode brings together women from different businesses, backgrounds and roles across the self storage sector to discuss everything from career progression and leadership to confidence, mentorship and the opportunities the industry offers.
Rather than following a traditional interview format, every guest nominates the next person to appear on the podcast, creating an ongoing chain of conversations that introduces new voices from across Europe.
By passing the microphone from one guest to the next, the series continues to grow alongside the WiSE community.

The launch of Pass the Mic comes just ahead of another exciting milestone for Women in Storage Europe.
In just two weeks, WiSE will host its first standalone networking event in London, bringing together women from across the self storage industry for an evening of conversation, networking and inspiration.
We're also delighted to welcome Joan Hughes as our guest speaker. Joan will share her experiences and insights on confidence, resilience and managing the demands of modern life, offering practical advice that attendees can take away both professionally and personally.
