WiSE was built by women, for women, with a clear aim: to bring people across the self-storage sector together, strengthen connections, and support one another.

WiSE began with three women at different points in their careers who met at a conference and, over a few drinks (as many good ideas start), realised how lucky they were to have each other’s support, and wanted to create that same sense of connection for other women across the industry.

What followed was a decision to organise a small, informal meet-up. When others showed up, that moment made it clear that this was something worth building.

Across the industry, there is an incredible depth of talent, people leading teams, growing businesses, and shaping the future of the sector. WiSE exists to make those connections stronger and ensure that the contribution is recognised and supported.

Our focus is to build a network that is ambitious, welcoming, and genuinely valuable - where conversations lead to opportunities, and where individuals at every stage of their careers feel part of something bigger.
